I Took a Soldering Class with my SIL Rita!

Yesterday was a dear friend of ours Vicky's birthday. So my thoughtful SIL Rita gave her a Soldering class for her birthay! All 5 of us had so much fun! Rita went all out to decorate in Vicky's favorite color and my brother Dean did some amazing cooking for us. Here are a few photos of the decor and what I made. For info on Rita's classes you can contact her at Mammabellarte.blogspot.com. XO Christie

  6. Everything is beautiful! I was wondering about the trim around the edges. What is it made of and does it come with a fancy edge? Thank you for posting pictures! Hugs, Morena

  9. Well finally! I always thought you'd be really good at the metalwork/soldering thing because you are so talented in everything else you do. Everything looks so lovely (Vicky's favorite color is mine as well!) and your creation turned out so pretty!

I am promising myself that I am going to take at least one of Rita's classes in 2012. It just looks like so much fun!

Colleen and I are coming down for the December marketplace (we are taking Friday off work!) and I am so excited I can hardly stand it! Can't wait to see you again!

    Take care,

    Kimberly
