Today I am Teaching my 10th Rose Painting Class

Well I have finished off the year teaching about 2 classes a month. I have really come to love pouring what I have learned into the ladies. Some take the first session with all the basic principles and go on their way and others have continued to come back for more. Each person has their own unique expression, which I love seeing come out in each individual painting. Bravo! to all of you :) XO Christie

  9. HI,

Your painting class sounds so lovely. Hey, I'm on the central coast of California now. Where is your classroom where you teach your painting classes? I'll bet everyone has fun in your class :) :) :) Love and hugs from the ocean shores of California, Heather :)

  15. Christie, Could'nt help but love that picture of class time. It was an experience I will treasure forever! From all the comments, I am not the only one to consider it a "once in a lifetime" adventure! And who could ever forget that Rose Petal jam? Hope we can return for more painting fun. Have a very Merry Christmas.

  17. There is nothing more fun than going to a class to learn new things. Especially when the teacher is talented and is able to express her love of what she is teaching. The enthusiam rubs off on the students and the class is a great success. There are some lucky students in your class.

  19. I understand your joy to be a teatcher and your love of painting the roses! I myself taught drawing and painting for twenty years in an association and it was a pleasure to see the smile of some elderly ladies who drew for the first time and were happy to do something! You must be a wonderful teacher!
I wish you a wonderful holiday season and will find you in January with great pleasure!
